Active Tool Repair is always striving to give our customers the quickest possible service, we know you need your product back as soon as possible. In order to do that we have to stream line our system for repairs. The greater leeway we have the quicker we can get a repair done for you.

Non warranty repairs

Small tool repair retail value less than $300.00

• An estimate fee $29.95 must be prepaid when the tool is left for repair. This fee will be applied towards the repair in the event that the tool is repaired. If the tool is not repaired the estimate fee will kept by Active Tool to compensate for our time and for disposal of scrapped material.
• Any repair that is under $90.00 will be repaired automatically, if the repair is over $90 ( minor variances allowed up to 10%) we will call the customer for approval. All tools not repaired are returned disassembled.

Large tools retail value over $300.00

• An estimate fee $59.90 must be prepaid when the tool is left for repair. This fee will be applied towards the repair in the event that the tool is repaired. If the tool is not repaired the estimate fee will kept by Active Tool to compensate for our time and for disposal of scrapped material.
• Any repair that is under $125.00 will be repaired automatically, if the repair is over $125.00 ( minor variances allowed up to 10%) we will call the customer for approval. All tools not repaired are returned disassembled.

Industrial machinery (generators, industrial pressure washers, ect.)

• Estimate cost will be time spent at shop rate due the complicated nature of these machines.

Warranty repairs

• All warranty repairs are subject to Manufacturer approval.
• In the event that warranty is not approved the non warranty repair policy will apply.
• All tool brought in for warranty repair must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
